Adjacent to the main kitchen space, there are two queen bedrooms.
Both queen bedrooms boast attached full bathrooms, providing guests with the convenience and comfort of en-suite facilities..
Next to the dining and living areas, a third bedroom awaits with two bunk beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements.
As you enter the main hallway, you'll find a half bath, offering convenience for guests to freshen up upon arrival without needing to access the full bathrooms immediately.

As a Charlotte native and real estate investor since 2003, I hold a double major in Marketing & Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
